Blackberry Pearl gone wrong.....

The Bottom Line: I would say do NOT buy the blackberry pearl! There are other blackberrys out there that are much more suitable!
I bought this product a year and a half ago hopeing for a good replacement of my old phone! I was looking forward to all the Blackberry pearl was supposed to offer!
A month after I got my phone I was having problems with it freezing after I would look at something on the internet or make a phone call or sometimes even receiving a phone call. It got to the point where I was constantly shutting my phone off and taking the battery out to reset the phone. Since I had insurance I decided that I was going to just pay the $50.00 to buy a new one. Well turns out that the insurance company of verizon gives you phones that are refurbished. So guess what, Now I have a phone that yet again freezes all the time! Plus this one has a problem of getting dust on the inside so I can not even see my screen barely anymore.
The Internet works amazing and I love that feature of the blackberry! Just make sure that you have an unlimited megabyte plan for your phone or else the prices of useing the internet will be outrageous!
Overall my experience of the blackberry pearl has not been very good! I am eagerly awaiting the day that my contract expires so that I can buy a new phone!
