The longer I use it the more I hate it

The Bottom Line: not as good as it looks.
Review: I was sent this as a "free" upgrade replacement for a Katana that was damaged in shipping(the phone was banged up but worked not too badly).
Anyways, I really wanted to keep this phone,cuz,as:
number 1,
it was $150.00 after rebates...

Samsung's M610 is a reliable ultra-compact phone with great sound and features.
