Saeco 21130 Espresso Machine

My son and daughter both own a Saeco. They work great but mine was broken and defective when I got it. Saeco has a return policy on paper but unfortunately when you try to return the unit they refuse to send you the return authorization forms required. It's been six months and hundreds of phone calls many letters and 300 documented e-mails sent and no luck to date.
