Good plastic, still not useable

The Bottom Line: Incompatible software makes this a waste of time and money
Review: I was looking for a basic, simple, lightweight device that would be able to import music from my PC and listen to it. This was to be a gift for my wife, who is not a techie and would not feel comfortable with a lot of gadgetry.

Review: I can imagine the discussion going on in the boardroom at Sony HQ in Tokyo:

CEO: Steve Jobs and Apple are eating our lunch with this IPOD thing. I mean we defined the personal music device. We need ideas. How do we "kill" this IPOD thing...

Beats IPODs by price-vs-quality

Review: It took awhile for Sony to finally make an MP3-player that competes well with Ipod. MP3 used before: Ipod, US Logic, San Disk). Quality and number of options available for the price paid easily beats what you get with Apple; I'd definitely recommend...
