Daxter allows gamers to play from his perspective offering a distinctive set of moves with agile abilities that allows players to climb walls, creep up on enemies, fit in small places and maneuver vehicles; taking a job as a pest exterminator, to fight an ongoing invasion of metal-bugs, Daxter comes equip with gadgets to rid the city of these metal nuisances. Get close up and personal by using your flimsy bug swatter to squash an army of attacking insects or your spray gun to hover around a variety of environments while picking up various upgrades; compete head-to-head against crushing opponents in a variety of mulitplayer combat arena challenges.

Exterminate This! No... Wait.... It's Good!

The Bottom Line: This is a fun, funny, great platforming title. It is the first true port to the PSP that is worthwhile, and a must-have for your PSP library.
Review: This was one of those games that I wanted to get to satisfy my platforming needs. Yes, I get those... the desire to play a good platforming game and run amok in a free-form universe jumping from ledge to ledge and driving random vehicles.

Review: i have the game, 1st this game, their is a trouble finding stuff, and it has no action at all. i pay anything for jak 3 to come in psp!

Review: this is an cool game I believe that it is the best game on psp for me.
I found it hard at times but doing the matrix game on it is very interesting.
there is some cool mini games on it but one of these are an ad-hoc mode only game:(

Daxter is a totally fresh take on the Jak and Daxter universe by casting him as the main character and finally allowing gamers to play as the wisecracking sidekick. Daxter aims to set the standard for character action games on the PSP while pushing the Jak & Daxter universe in new directions enabling players to see it from a totally different perspective. The game takes place during the two years Daxter spends trying to find and free Jak, who was imprisoned during the events that led to that start of Jak II. Daxter is now on his own, in an unknown place and quickly realizes that being small and furry doesn t do a lot for his chances of survival.
