I placed individual orders for the 2 items I purchased. The Camera was ordered on 17/11/2009 and the Netbook on 25/11. I received the Netbook on 30/11 and the camera on 1/12. I was not happy that I could not have the camera sent to my post office box although this is where I finally collected it from. This is because I was not at my home address when Australia post attempted to deliver the parcel at 7:00 in the evening. (Note: the netbook was delivered to my post office). For convenience and security, I would prefer if I could choose my PO Box as the delivery address. I am happy with my shopping with my purchases. Thanks!

The camera is not damaged in any way. It was the box that was crushed, so I am presuming this occurred during transport. Otherwise I would definitely deal with Shopping Square again. Considering the busy time of year, the order arrived quickly and they seem a professional organisation.

Shopping Square is a great service - however, the quality and effectiveness of the product did not live up to the advertising.

Excellent, there are some small issues with some of the information that is provided that do not get to the standards I would like, some products appear to be good value but on closer inspection are not or are over priced from their cut down price, but in general most are good.

It is the most use shop online I personally use but I find the processing of orders to delivery time needs some improvement I pay via Bpay and it takes shoppingsquare to long in processing my payment. An improvement in the above would be very beneficial to your customers.

The only issue is that all of a sudden my shipping addres changed to my home address which causes issues because I cannot get to the post office until Saturday.

All told very good a little bit slower sending than some other online stores. Products seem to be in good condition, but as they are gifts, have no idea yet as there working condition.But all parts seem to be intact. And have received answers to all my enquiries without waiting too long.

There are items on the family wish list and ShoppingSquare.com.au have been price competitive and reliable and therefore customer friendly.

Good allround service...

Overall quite good. Wish it had a credit card payment option though, as paying by B-pay or otherwise first then waiting confirmation of that receipt a day or so later was a bit annoying.

I was very pleased with the nett price and service. Their website is well structured with links to technical reviews and user reviews of the products and comparative analysis I also found a web-link to good quality printer inks at very competitive prices and this was a bonus given my frustration with the scandalous pricing of printer ink cartridges.
