Postage could have been a bit quicker

The external hard drive i had originally intended to buy was discontinued be the time my order went through. Mwave apologised and tried to sort it out quickly with me. I ended up buying the parts seperately and they were very helpful in sorting out the order & offering help if I needed it. Overall, apart from the first annoying hiccup, it was a very pleasant shopping experience & I will be shopping there again

MWave has always been one of my favourite online stores at almost the lowest prices. There are few other lower price stores, however, they tend to overcharge on delivery which makes them more expensive. Back to MWave, although most items were in stock for my last order and could have been shipped (which I was advised, would be shipped), they were still shipped the following week. Lucky for you MWave, that it was a long weekend and I was going away, otherwise I would've been most upset.

The store did stock the item I wanted, however, MWave had to order the item from their suppliers and it will not be available for pick up one month after I placed the order. Excellent customer service though.

Stock was unavailable, incorrect eta's given and once eta was pass I was updated only because I asked. All responses were answered, then immediately given a 'case closed'. I would have liked being confirmed if all my questions were answered.

Excellent range of products and sales service but must be aware of credit card surchsrges when pricing total cost.

Easy, convenient. Goods arrive quickly.

The guys at mwave.com.au are great, I recieved a good product. It took a bit longer than expected (they had to order in stock), but I will shop there again!

The Mwave site was quick to load and easy to get around and make the purchase.

My problem was not with MWave more so Australia Post claiming they had lost the parcel, had no record of it .....when in fact they had delivered ....just late instead of next day took 3 days. Will still use Mwave to purchase but will choose another delivery method. Thanks

I have no problems using Mwave again. The service I received was really good.

Ordered many times with this store, and always ontime delivery and good priciing and stock level.

ordered a grafics card. got it but it was broken out of the box. the box was damaged. had to order another one. they sent one. took another week to arrive.

The item I bought didnt arrive. I phoned them. Then when a package came it was the wrong thing. Tried to ring them and spoke to a rude guy. He was no help. Still trying to sort all of this out.

this store has a lot to be desired i ordered something from them,they accepted my money via bpay,was not given any notifacation that the item was only available for a short time,had to wait for almost 2 weeks before finding out,i did order other things that came within 10 days which is quite slow considering i paid for express post next day,packing was a lot to be desired the items came in a small cardboard box,with little or no packing overall a very poor rating from me
