I find LatestBuy really easy to deal with. They have a great range and everytime I've ordered from them it has been painless and hassle free. It just all happens as it should and I don't have to worry about chasing anything up. Whenever I'm after something in particular (or even if just browsing) LatestBuy is one of the first merchants I look at.

I have been using LatestBuy for birthday and Christmas gifts for the past 2.5 years and can not fault their service. Living in the Perth area, not only was the delivery on time, but often early. Whenever I have had a problem such as incorrectly entered credit card details (my mistake) or a return, their phone support has been fantastic and their procedures efficient and easy. The product range is fantastic and I think I have bought something for each of my family members, and many of my friends and colleagues through this site - lots of quirky gifts to suit different personalities! Price is often cheaper than stores, even with postage. I have no hesitations in recommending this site to prospective shoppers and will most certainly continue to use in the future!

Very Good but I had to return a doubled up order and followed the instructions that were supplied to me by the supply but as yet have not received my refund???

The experience was good, but I won't bother with platinum shipping. I purchased something the same day from another site and it came ordinary Aus post and both arived at the same time.

I enjoyed being able to shop somewhere close to home without ridiculously high shipping fees.

My first purchase and found it was simple, easy and good to be able to pay by BPay. Received the item within the 2 week delivery period. Very Satisfied, thankyou.

When I received my toolkits there was an item missing from one of them. I called the customer service number and the missing part was promptly put in the mail. I was very impressed with the service.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and service focus of this organisation. I have purchased two items and each was delivered quickly and effectively. It was easy to find on the website. Additionally, with the second item I made an error on my credit card details. Even though it was over the Christmas period, I got a phone call from someone early the next working day, we sorted it out quickly there and then, and I had the item within a week. I was impressed by this level of service, particularly when compared to another organisation from which I ordered a product on 3/12 and it still has not yet arrived. I have high expectations of customer service and although this merchant is not necessarily the cheapest, it was certainly the best in terms of service.
