I have used Everten a few times now. Mostly I just order and pay onloine, however recently I called to enquire on something specific. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and very professional and even remembered me when I called the next week to place another order. I have passed on details to others now who I am sure will too become future customers. Such an easy simple way to shop. Thankyou

I have been shopping on line for around 3-4 years now as we live in a semi remote area and the ease of shopping at this site is just magic.

Always find Everten Online prompt and efficient. Prices are reasonable too.

I find I am unable to "log in" to the account I created, and therefore was unable to track my purchase online, and I am unable to see any purchase history etc. I would recommend increasing the number of characters allowed for the address fields when placing orders, as my address was cut off unexpectedly, leaving the delivery instructions incomplete. I had to call Everten Online to advise of the complete address, and this detracted from the shopping experience somewhat.

Web site could be slightly easier to use, otherwise very satisfied with purchase

Goods seemed to be "worn" - as though they'd been sitting on a retail shelf for some time and then stuffed back into their box.

Shopping with Everton Online was great, however, there was no invoice or packing list included with my order. This would be useful to confirm all was as it should be.

I found Everten Online quite resonable in price, their website is easy to negotiate, the only problem I had was that they didn't have everything that I wanted to order in stock, which I found annoying.

Very professional and excellent service

Always been good, have used the service several times. Flat rate postage is a huge advantage compared to some sites offering similar products. Sometimes they are a little low on stock for Bodum products and this has limited the size of my order. Apart from that, very good.
