Everten Online

Always an easy experience. Have called them a few times to ask for more information on particular products and they have been friendly and happy to help which often isn't the case with online stores. I will continue to use them and have given their website address to many friends.

The range was exceptional as was the time it took to receive the goods.

Everten is a great site to shop at. Mostly it will have some of the cheapest prices on the internet - and if it turns out to be $10 more expensive than somewhere else, the other store will almost always have a delivery charge that tips the scales. Their biggest online rival in my eyes is Peters of Kensington - that's the place where I end up shopping if Everten isn't stocking what I want, or don't have it in the size I want it, or are sold out, or sometimes if Everten just gets the price tag wrong. The only two things I would rather with Everten's website is the ability to refine the search within categories, and to view all results on a single page.

The few times I have shopped at Everten Online has been fine. My goods arrived with in 3 days of order. But I do find their range of brands very limited and a particular item I want has been out of stock forever!! Also there is not much information about the product on the website. I would like to know things like, how items operate (briefly), how to care/clean them, what parts or extras come with them, it is also very hard to locate a particular cook book on their site without going thru' every one of them.

I would like you to ensure your prices competitive - the Bodum MMidora bowl I purchased for $124.00 from you was available from another retailer two days after I placed my order with you for $70.00 - this was very upsetting. I would only purchase again if the prices were competitive.

My pressure cooker arrived in no time at all but the handle was broken on inspection of box. We were very disappointed!!!. We had to send the boken one back and you sent us a new one very pronptly. My only problem was that I rang you and no one returned my call. Found a reply on email latter that night!

More product information on the website would be useful for online products. eg: dimensions, detailed description and several photos showing the product in detail.

Everten Online was very easy to use. My order was confirmed promptly and delivered quickly. One concern, however, is that although I was home at the time of delivery I found a note in my letterbox stating that I had to collect the parcel from the Post Office. As this was a heavy package I suspect that the Australia Post agent didn't try to deliver it and left the notice instead. I realise that this is outside Everten's control but it was an inconvenience.

Absolutely great and painless

I have always had a good experience with Everten.

A little confusing when adding items to the shopping cart and going to the checkout. I had to reorder one item and asked if this item could be added to my previous order. This was done quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service.

The web site defaulted to a technical error message a number of times while I was looking for the products I wanted. I then had to log out of the site and try again later, which was annoying. But they do have a great selection of products and I will be using them again.
